This Privacy Policy explains how yqhdnet, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the yqhdnet service ("the Service").

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide the Service:

• Account Information: When you authorize a TikTok account, we receive your TikTok Open ID, display name, and avatar through the official TikTok Login Kit API. This helps us show which account is connected.
• OAuth Tokens: We receive an access token and refresh token from TikTok. These tokens are required to upload videos on your behalf and keep your session active.
• Video Content and Metadata: We temporarily process the video files, titles, descriptions, and tags you choose to upload.
• Publishing Status: We record the result of each upload request (success or failure) so we can display status in the dashboard.
• Technical Logs: Our servers may record basic technical information, such as error logs and API response codes, to operate and troubleshoot the Service.

We do not collect your TikTok password, payment card details, or government-issued identification.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Authenticate your TikTok account and display it in the dashboard;
• Upload videos you select to your TikTok drafts or inbox;
• Refresh your session so you do not need to authorize every upload;
• Provide upload status, error messages, and customer support; and
• Maintain and improve the security and reliability of the Service.

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information

Your account information and OAuth tokens are stored in server-side configuration files within our secure hosting environment. We restrict access to these files and use industry-standard protections to help prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

OAuth tokens are retained only as long as needed to provide the Service. If you revoke access or delete your account, the associated tokens and account data are removed from our systems.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• TikTok API: We send necessary data to the official TikTok for Developers APIs to authenticate your account and upload videos.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
• Service Providers: We may use trusted hosting or infrastructure providers who process data solely on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations.

5. International Data Transfers

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. You may also:

• Revoke the Service's access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok app settings or the TikTok Developer Platform;
• Delete authorized accounts from the Service dashboard; and
• Contact us to request deletion of data associated with you.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 16, or the minimum age required to use TikTok in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.
