1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to yqhdnet ("the Service"), operated by yqhdnet, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

yqhdnet is an independent software tool that helps users authorize TikTok accounts through the official TikTok for Developers APIs and upload videos to TikTok drafts or inbox. The Service does not publish videos directly to TikTok; final publishing actions are performed by you inside the TikTok app.

yqhdnet is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok or ByteDance Ltd.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age required to use TikTok in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload or publish using the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service to upload content that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the TikTok Community Guidelines.
• You must keep your account credentials and app configuration secure and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service except as permitted by applicable law.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

We offer free and paid subscription plans. Prices are listed in USD and may change with notice. Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund. Refund requests after 14 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All code, designs, trademarks, and content provided by yqhdnet, Inc. are our property or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of the videos and content you upload.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every TikTok platform change. TikTok may update its APIs or policies, which could affect Service functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, yqhdnet, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
